Elden Ring contains many weapons and secrets to find, including Winged Scythe, a weapon of faith. With so many on offer, it can be hard to decide which weapons are worth upgrading. The Winged Scythe is a Reaper weapon in Elden Ring, but should you upgrade it?
Winged Scythe of the Elden Ring
The Winged Scythe deals Physical and Holy damage, requiring 16 Strength, 16 Dexterity, and 24 Faith to wield. When fully upgraded, the Winged Scythe has D strength, C dexterity, and C faith scale. This scythe also causes blood loss buildup and has a unique ash of war, Angel Wings. This Ash of War request is similar to a jump attack allowing you to get in close quickly.
The winged scythe is worth upgrading. This is one of the strongest scythes available in Elden Ring. It has better damage than the Halo Scythe, which also deals Physical and Holy damage. Winged Scythe has the longest range of any Reaper class weapon.

The winged scythe is accessible at the very beginning of the game but will require a few levels before you can wield it. The Winged Scythe can be found in a chest at Tombsward Ruins in the Weeping Peninsula. A staircase leads to the basement; you will find the chest here.
