Pokémon level ranges in each area in Pokémon Scarlet and Purple

Many levels in these areas fluctuate considerably. This is due to access to different technique-based areas that Koraidon or Miraidon may have. For example, area five mostly has Pokemon around the 18-22 range. Once Koraidon or Miraidon acquire the climbing ability, they can climb the large plateau and find Pokémon between 20 and 30 years old.

Evolutionary stages also play a role in level ranges. So players can fight Persians around level 30 in areas where most Pokemon are between 20 and 22 years old.
