Two Point Campus: How to Upgrade Courses with Course Points

Two Point Campus

Two Point Campus gives you a ton of different wacky options for curriculum, from potions and wizards to archeology, cooking and even clowning. The organization of these courses is the main source of income for your university, so it is important to welcome as many students as possible each year. With that in mind, it’s important to know how to earn course points and then how to use them to upgrade courses to improve them.

Since things can get a bit fuzzy, especially when you start your academic journey in your first colleges, this Two Point Campus guide will serve as a crash course in earning points and improving coursework.

Upgrading your courses has various effects, such as increasing the number of enrollment requests you receive, determining the quality of students you take in, and increasing the maximum qualification level for said courses. Essentially, it all boils down to more money, and the higher your course level, the better your students can perform.

However, keep in mind that to increase your course level, you need to build more facilities and hire more teachers. So you will also have to earn money quickly in other ways.

Earning course points is quite simple and there is only one way to do it. To earn course points, increase your Campus level. The bar in the lower right corner of the screen is your campus level, and it increases each time you make changes or upgrades to your school. We have a comprehensive guide on how to increase your campus level, but you’ll want to focus on improving the quality of each room, training your staff, and boosting attractiveness.

Each time you increase your Campus level, you get 10 course points, which can be used at the end of the academic year. These renew every year if you don’t use them, which you’ll often encounter due to how upgrade costs work.

The end of the academic year is the only time you can redeem course points, so be sure to do this before you hit the “Start Next Year” button. After viewing the results for the year, click on the “Manage Courses” button at the top of the screen. Each course will have a ‘+’ icon and a ‘–’ icon that adds and subtracts course points, and you’ll see the effect this has on the course settings in the middle of the course map.

And that’s all! It’s that simple. If you click on the gear icon at the top right of each course, you can see even more detailed details about the class schedule, how long it takes to complete the class, the number of students who passed, etc Under the tuition tab, you can also increase the amount of tuition each student pays, but this will reduce happiness.

That’s all you need to know about using course points in Two Point Campus to improve your courses. If you need some extra extra-curricular help, be sure to check out our guides hub for even more tips.
